2. Register for the conference at KoREMA web site (see detailed instructions below). Please note that the registration is only considered complete once you have filled in the necessary information about the paper and the authors, and paid the registration fee in full. By completing this procedure, you will get the "final paper upload code".

3. Use the final paper upload code to upload the final paper and the IEEE Copyright Transfer Agreement into PaperPlaza.

4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements. If you need a visa, please apply for it well in advance.

5. Keep an eye on preliminary program and time schedule as you prepare your presentation.

6. See you in Dubrovnik!

Author registration

For each accepted paper at least one of the authors must register and attend the conference to present the work, otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference program and the conference proceedings.

Conference registration fees and policies are listed here.

The recipients of travel grants funded by the Student Travel Support Program or the IEEE CSS Developing Nations Conference Support Program should NOT register until they have received the decision letter, containing the special Discount code. Please be aware that the registration fee can potentially NOT be reimbursed in case you have already registered using the Regular participant registration procedure.
